★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran caro. Por un marco de plástico de 50x60 cm me cobraron 1950 y hace un mes por el mismo tamaño de cuadro en Puebla me cobraron 1200 con marco de madera.
Para hacerlo peor, prometieron entregarme mi pedido en 2 semanas, hoy se cumple un mes y no han podido terminar el trabajo.
Quedaron en llamar para mantenerme al tanto de cómo va el trabajo y ni una sola vez han intentado contactarme, he tenido que estar insistiendo por mi cuenta.
Lamentablemente en Cuernavaca hay pocos negocios de marcos, pero sin duda aconsejo buscar otra alternativa a D'Arte Marcos.
They charge expensive. For a 50x60 cm plastic frame they charged me 1950 and a month ago for the same size of painting in Puebla they charged me 1200 with a wooden frame.
To make it worse, they promised to deliver my order in 2 weeks, today is a month old and they have not been able to finish the job.
They agreed to call to keep me up to date on how work is going and not once have they tried to contact me, I have had to insist on my own.
Unfortunately in Cuernavaca there are few mark shops, but without a doubt I advise looking for another alternative to D'Arte Marcos.

Desde hace muchos años la mejor opción en Cuernavaca... siempre están dispuestos de apoyar en situaciones de urgencia (por ejemplo para montajes de exposiciones no previstas) y trabajos especiales (enmarcado de piezas delicadas o con materiales de alto valor), siempre cumpliendo con lo prometido.
He tenido varias piezas enmarcadas aquí en exposiciones en diferentes lugares de la republica.
Altamente recomendado para todos que buscan un servicio extraordinario y de confianza.
