DARUMA, nombre de un bonzo (Sacerdote Zen) que durante muchos años vivió meditando hasta descubrir una nueva filosofía de vida. A pesar de haber perdido las piernas y los brazos, fue el iniciador del Budismo Zen y el pensamiento:
Desde hace milenios, la figura DARUMA representa un amuleto que al adquirirse concede un deseo. Se le pinta un ojo primero para atraer la buena suerte y al cumplírselo se le pinta el otro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Rolls were big with 10 pieces each. Had a couple of salmon niguiris, which I really liked. The place was huge with plenty of open tables so we didn't have to wait. Staff was courteous. Overall a bit pricey though.
