M	Maria Elena Avila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del gerente muy buena pero el servicio no mucho ( detalles en pintura y mi facia nunca quedo bien )...tuve un accidente por lo q aseguradora GNP se tenía que hacer responsable y tanto el supervisor Luis Castillo ( con una pésima atención y cero servicio al cliente ) y el ajustador Enrique Chávez no resolvieron absolutamente nada..su excusa fue que hiciera lo que quisiera que por ley ellos estaban protegidos y nunca se hicieron responsables del mal trabajo The manager's attention was very good but the service not much (details in paint and my face never looked good) ... Sacamos el coche ya para no seguir batallando. Faltaban tres tornillos y aparte una pieza sin atornillar lo que ocasionaba que el testigo de puerta abierta se encendiera hasta que lo lleve a qué arreglaran estos detalles. Muy mal servicio. M	Marti Sc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me dieron fecha de entrega de mi coche un viernes, llegando el día me dijeron que hasta el siguiente viernes y así se alargaron un mes más con la entrega, nada recomendable, según que les llegó la pieza equivocada y al llegar me dijeron que no les había llegado la pieza, se vuelve mentira tras mentira, muy mal servicio, lo único bueno es que al llamar te atienden bien jaja, pero de ahí en más pues cero recomendable. J	Jonathan Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad mi coche entro en noviembre del año pasado, me lo entregaron en enero eso retrasando el tiempo de entrega, es casi finales de mayo y aún no les puede llegar un sensor ya que me dejaron encendido el testigo de las bolsas de aire diciendo que era de programación, no puedo creer que sean ya casi 6 meses y no puedan conseguirla se hechan la culpa entre el seguro y ellos, pésimo servicio...
