Pros: At first it was an excellent promotion / sales service and the car is in excellent condition. The process began very quickly and they delivered me on time. Cons: The after sales service was terrible and the attention of my salesperson VERY BAD. 1-When we were adjusting the sale, I asked the seller for details of the alarm installation, security studs and other accessories, it took several days to give me little details, so I ended up acquiring the accessories from the outside. 2- The seller who did the procedure for me did not show up to give me the car, someone else gave it to me, maybe it is not a critical point but it speaks badly of the seller 3- The section I gave for the car they told me that if I did it by transfer it would be returned to me in a maximum of 5 business days (it was the fastest method supposedly), in the end I waited more than 3 weeks, 2 of them sending a daily message to my salesperson (he never answered calls again) and he giving me long, that the system, that the collections etc. 4- They told me that I had to take my car to change the battery at no cost because according to their tests it had less than 50% life, and that the process would not take more than 2 hours (this initially seemed like a good service to me ), I took my car, I left it and they rectified that in a maximum of 2 hours it was ready, 3 hours passed and I did not know anything, I called my seller who never answered (again only by whats) to tell me that there were failures in the system etc. and they still didn't do anything to the car, which was going to take at least 2 more hours. Desperate, because I needed my car to move, I went to the agency to speak directly with the manager explaining my disagreements, he made a couple of calls and in less than 15 minutes my car was already there. 5- I never saw my salesperson (Marcelo) in person again, he was never there when he went. When promoting the car, he kept supporting me with the rugs (which does not include my car) if I made the purchase, since I no longer saw him in person, he did not comply and now he does not respond to me by message, lacking in words.
