★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención cuando compras un auto, pero cuando ya estás en trámite y te lo tienen que entregar pésimo seguimiento por parte del gerente se tardaron un mes en entregarme mi auto. Actualmente también estoy en espera de que me entreguen mi auto ya que lo ingrese a garantía y lleva una semana ahí porque el gerente no puede firmar la solicitud.
Good attention when you buy a car, but when you are already in the process and they have to give you lousy follow-up by the manager, it took me a month to deliver my car. Currently I am also waiting for my car to be delivered to me as I enter it under warranty and it has been there for a week because the manager cannot sign the application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor agencia de Seminuevos de verdad si van a comprar un auto no lo compren aquí, busquen otro Das WeltAuto, pero NO se arriesguen; los vendedores son incompetentes & el Gerente MIGUEL CERVANTES es un prepotente e irrespetuoso. No me sorprende que VW haya cortado relación con esta agencia & si tienen duda vean los demás comentarios & referencias en redes sociales.
It is the worst pre-owned agency really if you are going to buy a car do not buy it here, look for another Das WeltAuto, but DO NOT take risks; the vendors are incompetent & the Manager MIGUEL CERVANTES is pushy and disrespectful. It does not surprise me that VW has cut its relationship with this agency & if you have questions, see the other comments & references on social networks.
