Bad ... I got asked. There were not many people and they forgot my order. After a while they just told me they were sorry, but they hadn't. Terrible to be hungry and have that done to you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en Danzón plaza Cristal, llegamos a las 7:53 PM y nos nos quisieron dar servicio, solo para llevar, solo queríamos un café y una rebanada de pastel y dijeron que no, que porque cerraban a las 9:00 pm y ya era solo servicio para llevar. NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR.
Terrible service at Danzón Plaza Cristal, we arrived at 7:53 PM and they wanted to give us service, only to take away, we just wanted a coffee and a slice of cake and they said no, because they closed at 9:00 PM and that's it. It was takeout only. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera poner menos estrellas o por debajo. Es indignante la indiferencia de la "encargada" el día 28 de diciembre fui poe un pastel que me costó 900 pesos. Y el escrito solicitado fue " Mis XV América" . Al verlo quede sorprendida por la baja calidad del producto recibido. Mi molestia fue tal porque mi hija cumplía 15 años. Mi evento fue algo sencillo con mi familia. Y un pastel no marcaa diferencia en su vida, pero ni siquiera al preguntarle a la empleada encargada que si ella le llevaría ese pastel a su hija el día de sus 15 años, solo contesto en un tono indiferente. Pues dice 15 años ?, Yo si se lo llevaría. Ojalá pudiera enterarse el dueño de la calidad y falta de empatía con su clientela. Solicite que le retiraran las letras y en tono de burla se decían, "Que dice que no le gustó ???", juzguen clientela. ¿¿¿Ustedes estarían contentos???. Lo único bueno es que las borraron sin costo extra, y el sabor muy bueno. Pero de ahora en adelante, preferire probar en otro lado. Ahí les dejo las fotos. No recibí ninguna disculpa por la molestia, porque para todos los empleados, lo que me entregaron, estaba bien.
