Terrible attention, they are just talking, looking at the cell phone and they answer badly ... the customer is supposed to come first ... They should give them some classes on how to serve the customer ...

One of the best bakery in quality and flavor in Xalapa. The ice cream cake is very tasty although expensive but it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, encargue un pastel, y no era en lo absoluto lo que pedí, y estaba muy mal hecho. No me dieron explicación de por qué estaba tan feo, espero que atiendan ese GRAN detalle, una clienta menos.
Terrible service, I ordered a cake, and it was not at all what I asked for, and it was very poorly done. They did not give me an explanation of why it was so ugly, I hope they attend to that GREAT detail, one less client.
