Hace unas semana compre un cuernito y esta en muy mal estado, tenia moho y al devolverlo me dieron una absurda explicación de por que estaba así y y el día de hoy compré y me dieron mal mi cambio, se que es responsabilidad mia no aver checando el cambio, pero la sra. Que atiende de mal modo me lo dijo, le comenté que también era su trabajo checar el cambio que da, a lo que me respondió que no podía estar atendiendo caja y despachando, además no dio ticket, por esa razón no volveré a comprar en esta sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es maravilloso, Dauzón es un lugar de gran tradición en Xalapa, sin embargo, solo venden agua embotellada. Después de estar consumiendo 2 cafés, pambazo, jugo, pregunté si tenían vaso de agua y me dijeron que solo embotellada, se olvidan del ordenamiento jurídico federal «Ley de establecimientos mercantiles para el Distrito Federal» en el que en el capítulo yes estipula que los restaurantes «...se deberá proporcionar de manera obligatoria y gratuita, agua potable a los clientes que así lo soliciten.» Es decir, no deben negarte el agua, debieran manejar las dos opciones por si uno quisiera embotellada y este establecimiento, tristemente sigue el juego de la comercialización del agua embotellada.
