★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es impecable y tiene una atmósfera magnífica. El trato de la vendedora Eva fue maravilloso, siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo y me hizo sentir muy comoda. Los arreglos del vestido quedaron increíbles, tomaron en cuenta todos mis comentarios para que el vestido quedara perfecto.
 The place is immaculate and has a magnificent atmosphere. The treatment of the saleswoman Eva was wonderful, she was always on the lookout for everything and made me feel very comfortable. The dress arrangements were incredible, they took into account all my comments so that the dress was perfect.

Simplemente quede enamorada ? para vestidos de novia 6 meses de anticipación. Solicitar cita y puedes llevar 2 acompañantes, que te tomen muchas muchas fotos, la expresión en tu rostro cuando es el correcto no tiene precio ?
Excellent experience, it was the first appointment I had and the treatment was 10 ⭐️ a lot of patience, my advisor recommended silhouettes and veils. Just fall in love ? for wedding dresses 6 months in advance. Request an appointment and you can take 2 companions, take many many photos of you, the expression on your face when it is the right one is priceless ?

Para comprar un vestido y hacerle ajustes me hicieron ir 4 veces (porque sólo era con cita, y no podían aprovechar que ya estaba ahi para avanazar). No pudieron tomar las medidas de los ajustes el mismo día de la compra, ¡hube de ir 2 semanas después!
Asistí y tomaron las medidas requeridas, según que los ajustes serían sin costo; pues NO: ¡me cobraron casi mil pesos más! Y dos semanas más para la entrega.
Finalmente dejaron el vestido mal ajustado: súper apretado y chueco. Se lo hice notar a la chica que me dio el vestido y me pasó al área de vestidores cuando me lo probé el día que lo fui a recoger, y ésta solo me dijo "ok", se fue del área de vestidores, y ¡JAMÁS VOLVIÓ!
El vestido me quedó APRETADÍSIMO, de 'no comas ni una uva o lo vas a tronar'.
Y esto no solo me pasó a mi, también se lo dejaron apretadísimo a la hermana de mi mejor amiga (fuimos al mismo lugar a comprar los vestidos porque las dos fuimos damas en la boda de mi amiga, y así conseguimos modelos en el mismo color)
Caro y pésimo servicio.
Slow and poorly done.
To buy a dress and make adjustments they made me go 4 times (because it was only by appointment, and they couldn't take advantage of the fact that I was already there to advance). They couldn't take the measurements of the adjustments the same day of the purchase, I had to go 2 weeks later!
I attended and they took the required measures, according to which the adjustments would be free of charge; well NO: they charged me almost a thousand pesos more! And two more weeks for delivery.
Finally they left the dress ill-fitting: super tight and lopsided. I pointed it out to the girl who gave me the dress and she passed me to the dressing area when I tried it on the day I went to pick it up, and she just said "ok", she left the dressing area, and NEVER! WENT BACK!
The dress was VERY TIGHT, like 'don't eat a single grape or you'll crash it'.
And this not only happened to me, it was also left very tight for my best friend's sister (we went to the same place to buy the dresses because we were both bridesmaids at my friend's wedding, and so we got models in the same color )
Expensive and lousy service.

El trato es increíble, desde la persona que me atendió en Facebook para agendar mi cita, las chicas que te reciben en la tienda, hasta la señora Eva quién fue mi asesora para buscar mi vestido ideal, es muy atenta, amable y dedicada para ofrecer una experiencia muy bonita y hacerte sentir súper a gusto. Recomiendo al 1,000% esta tienda y por supuesto que encontré mi vestido ideal aquí, al precio que buscaba y de una gran calidad, me encantó mi vestido de novia!!!
I loved the place since I went to ask for reports, there are a variety of models and prices, and several dresses have a great discount. The deal is amazing, from the person who took me on Facebook to schedule my appointment, the girls who meet you at the store, even Mrs. Eva who was my advisor to find my dream dress is very attentive, friendly and dedicated to offer an experience very nice and make you feel super comfortable. The 1.000% recommend this shop and of course I found my dream dress here, looking at the price and great quality, I loved my wedding dress !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para ir a rentar smoking, te recomiendo hacer cita para que puedan atenderte a ti únicamente y también por los protocolos de Covid que tienen actualmente.
La Srita Miriam muy amable en apoyarnos en realizar la búsqueda del color ideal para el moño y tmbn para las tallas de camisa, pantalón y saco.
Es importante llevar el calzado que utilizarás para que quede a la medida el pantalón.
Excellent place to go to rent a tuxedo, I recommend you make an appointment so that they can serve you only and also because of the Covid protocols that they currently have.
Ms. Miriam very kind in supporting us in searching for the ideal color for the bow and also for the sizes of the shirt, pants and jacket.
It is important to wear the footwear that you will use so that the pants fit.
