★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A todos aquellos que lean este comentario, NO COMPREN CASA EN COLINAS DE SAN PATRICIO¡¡, eviten hacer tratos con ellos. las casas en colinas de san patricio son muy bonitas hablando de su fachada pero estan MAL CONSTRUIDAS (tienen muchos defectos y el material que utilizan es de pesima calidad) tuve un problema de desprendimiento de azulejo en el piso superior y me lo "repararon". El piso quedo desnivelado y se negaron a reparar el trabajo mal hecho. Otros vecinos han tenido problemas de goteras porque NO IMPERMEABILIZARON EL TECHO, otros han tenido problemas de que la estructura se desprende.
To all those who read this comment, DO NOT BUY HOUSE IN SAN PATRICIO HILLS, avoid making deals with them. The houses in hills of San Patricio are very nice talking about their facade but they are BAD BUILT (they have many defects and the material they use is of very poor quality) I had a problem of detachment of tile on the upper floor and they "repaired" me. The floor was uneven and refused to repair the job badly done. Other neighbors have had leakage problems because they DID NOT WATERPROOF THE ROOF, others have had problems that the structure detaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia fue elegir esta constructora para comprar casa, apartamos en el mes de Junio del año 2021, esperabamos recibir nuestra casa en octubre pero nos dieron largas para firmar escrituras.
En el mes de diciembre firmamos al fin, pero después nos salieron que hubo un problema por lo que el papeleo y firma de escrituras que ya habíamos realizado no fue válido.. Jamás nos dieron una explicación clara, la asesora que nos vendió nunca fue sincera siempre nos dio largas... debí hacer caso a los comentarios negativos que vi anteriormente ya que solo nos hicieron perder el tiempo...
The worst experience was choosing this construction company to buy a house, we moved away in June 2021, we expected to receive our house in October but they gave us a long time to sign deeds.
In the month of December we finally signed, but later we found out that there was a problem so the paperwork and signing of deeds that we had already done was not valid. They never gave us a clear explanation, the advisor who sold us was never sincere he always put us off... I should have paid attention to the negative comments I saw before since they only made us waste our time...
