★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. La señora de enfrente Cynthia fue muy corriente. No regresaremos con esta doctora. La Doctora no había llegado para poner orden pero las dos señoras de enfrente fueron muy groseras. Lo sucedido se va compartir con todos que conocemos.
Terrible customer service. The lady across the street Cynthia was very ordinary. We will not return to this doctor. The Doctor had not come to put order but the two ladies in front were very rude. What happened will be shared with everyone we know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Espere más de 50 minutos acostada esperando a que alguien me hiciera una limpieza facial. Nadie se hizo cargo de esta situación, ni una disculpa recibí. Pague 1000 pesos para que solo me atendieran por 5 minutos. También sus máquinas no funcionan bien. Se apagaron más de 5 veces.
Lastima por la doctora Daw. Era paciente de ella desde hace más de 10 años. Yo vi como su consultorio se fue transformando.
También la espera para tu consulta es muy larga. Tardaron más de 2 horas en pasarme siendo que llegue a tiempo.
Very bad service I waited for more than 50 minutes lying down waiting for someone to do a facial cleansing. No one took care of this situation, nor did I receive an apology. I paid 1000 pesos so that they only attended to me for 5 minutes. Also their machines do not work well. They went out more than 5 times.
Too bad for Dr. Daw. He was patient with her for more than 10 years. I saw how his office was transformed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al agendar citas nose quien se encarga pero era una mujer. ise una cita con 1 semana de anticipación y me ablaron unas horas antes de la cita y no pude contestar, después regreso la llamada horas después y me disen que ya está cancelada y que la cita ya la tiene alguien más que porque no confirme después le digo que ok y porque nome avisaron y sólo dijo que sino contestan solas se cancelan las citas con el systema, ok le pedí otra cita y no sabía ni en qué día estábamos ? nome interesa ese tipo de servicio mejor llevo mi negocio a otra parte ?♀️
Terrible service when scheduling appointments I don't know who is in charge but it was a woman. I made an appointment 1 week in advance and they called me a few hours before the appointment and I couldn't answer, then I call back hours later and they tell me that it's already been canceled and that someone else already has the appointment because I didn't confirm later. I say ok and because they didn't notify me and they only said that if they don't answer alone, the appointments with the system are cancelled, ok I asked for another appointment and I didn't even know what day we were on ? I'm not interested in that type of service, I'd better take my business elsewhere ? ♀️

Varias cosas que me han realizado con la Dra Alejandra Daw es la aplicacion de botox, rellenos, peelings, laser de rejuvenecimiento facial, varios peelings, tratamiento diario en casa con las cremas recomendadas por ella, depilacion laser y estoy muy satisfecha.
Super recommended to go here with Dra Daw. Several things that have been done with Dra Alejandra Daw are the application of botox, fillers, peels, facial rejuvenation laser, several peels, daily treatment at home with the creams recommended by her, laser hair removal and I am very satisfied.

Even though they reply saying that the Dr. always explains, is not true. I was there not only once but twice. And NEEEEVER did someone else but the DR. Was with me in the room. No assistants were there to verify that the doctor always explains, because she doesn’t. I wish I had recorded my visit just to show what lies these people are giving with their replies. Have a good day.
