EL LUGAR es precioso, a pesar de no se un restaurante grande todo esta muy bien diseñado para tener una vista increible.
LA COMIDA es fantástica, la pechuga de pato sin duda tienen que probarla, hasta ahora es mi favorita. Todo está muy bien preparado y la calidad es excelente.
EL SERVICIO es bastante agradable, todo el tiempo están pendiende de lo que necesitas y hasta demás!
Sin duda DAX tiene un nivel top sobre muchos restaurantes.
Sería una maravillosa opción para algún evento especial con tu familia, amigos o pareja.

THE PLACE is beautiful, despite not being a large restaurant, everything is very well designed to have an incredible view.
THE FOOD is fantastic, the duck breast definitely has to try it, so far it is my favorite. Everything is very well prepared and the quality is excellent.
THE SERVICE is quite nice, all the time they are dependent on what you need and even more!
DAX certainly has a top level over many restaurants.
It would be a wonderful option for a special event with your family, friends or partner.

Super recomendable la Lonja de salmon, el filete con albahaca.

Una trucha salmonada muy rica y el Rack de cordero igual...mucha mantequilla de verdad y verduras en su punto... definitivamente bien lugar ...sin ostentación...sencillo y de excelente calidad en sus productos...
A classic French restaurant, the service is very attentive, thank you all very much, Captain Joset the chef and team... One of the best onion soups that you must try... A very tasty salmon trout and the Rack of lamb as well. ...a lot of real butter and vegetables at their point...definitely a good place...without ostentation...simple and of excellent quality in its products...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful dinner there this evening with my wife. Everything was superb. The service was impeccable and the food amazing. My wife had the salmon in a saffron sauce and I had the duck confit, which was cooked to perfection, crispy skin on the outside and moist duck on the inside bathed in a wonderful sauce. I don't write many reviews unless I truly have an experience worth writing about and this meal was more than worthy. If you are in Guadalajara you must try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!
