Realmente en mi opinion personal no los recomiendo.
1.- Agende y al llegar no sabian de mi y no fui agendada como tuve que estar ya que fue con anticipacion.
2.- Las maquinas no tenian buen funcionamiento y me comentaron que no se haria bien el estudio
3.-La atencion por mensaje es PESIMA no contestan los mensajes y estuve casi rogando respuestas
4.- Por parte del primer filtro que es Recepcion tuvieron una pesima actitud.
5.- Nunca me brindaron indicaciones para antes del estudio aunque asi se solicito.
6.- Terminaron diciendome que me agenban por descuido de ellos y la verdad es una perdida de tiempo asi que no acepte debido a lo ya mencionado.
Puedo concluir esto con: PESIMO EL SERVICIO PARA EL CLIENTE
TERRIBLE SERVICE
Really in my personal opinion I do not recommend them.
1.- Schedule and when I arrived they didn't know about me and I wasn't scheduled as I had to be since it was in advance.
2.- The machines did not work well and they told me that the study would not be done well
3.-The attention by message is AWFUL they do not answer the messages and I was almost begging for answers
4.- On the part of the first filter that is Reception, they had a terrible attitude.
5.- They never gave me instructions before the study even though it was requested.
6.- They ended up telling me that they were letting me down due to their carelessness and the truth is that it was a waste of time so I did not accept due to what was already mentioned.
I can conclude this with: AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada. No tienen una buena atención desde recepción y para mi parecer no es profesional por que es una clínica de estudios médicos y con eso no se juega.
Lleve a mi esposa el día de hoy cuando habíamos agendado una cita días antes.
Y al llegar a recepción no tenia la cita en su sistema. Nos pidieron esperar y se escuchaba hablar al personal que no tenían preparado nada y había problemas con sus máquinas para los estudios ya que no detenían presión etc. Nos quisieron cambiar la cita para el día siguiente pero por obvias razones la cancelamos
De verdad piénsenlo dos veces.
Terrible service I really do not recommend it at all. They do not have good attention from reception and in my opinion it is not professional because it is a clinic for medical studies and that is not to be played with.
I took my wife today when we had scheduled an appointment days before.
And when I got to reception I didn't have the appointment in their system. They asked us to wait and we could hear the staff talking that they had nothing prepared and there were problems with their machines for the studies since they did not stop pressure, etc. They wanted to change our appointment for the next day but for obvious reasons we canceled it.
Really think twice.
