★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Daysi for highlights. While she was putting foils in my hair I asked if she would tone my hair to remove the brass tones. This is a very common practice for blonde hair. Instead she BLEACHED ALL of my hair and completely ruined it, stripping 14 months of virgin hair of all its pigment. I've had to go to another salon to restore some color to my ruined hair. It's cost me nearly 2000MXB for repair and maintenance products since she ruined it. I requested a full refund but she refused to refund me because I would not allow her to "fix" her mistakes. I would never allow this woman to touch your hair! She is clearly inexperienced with blonde hair
