Day Light Salads un concepto de restaurante y fast food saludable, abre sus puertas en 2007 en el Estado de México, siguiendo las tendencias mundiales de alimentación, sana con productos naturales, nutritivos y saludables. La dinámica del restaurante es la preparación de ensaladas al gusto del comensal sobre una base de lechugas hidrópicas y una barra de ingredientes a escoger con más de 25 aderezos, algunos de ellos light. Actualmente contamos con 37 establecimientos en la Ciudad de México y Provincia.

Las ensaladas las preparan a tu gusto, la grande está servida de forma generosa, tienen variedad regular en las opciones de proteína pero de muy buen sabor, tienen bastante variedad en los ingredientes adicionales y si alguno no está a la vista se puede pedir, los aderezos tienen el balance adecuado entre cantidad, sabor y consistencia. Hay diferentes aguas de sabor o refrescos para acompañar tu ensalada. La higiene parece ser buena ya que en todas mis visitas he encontrado las instalaciones limpias. Sin duda seguiré regresando!
