Day Light Salads un concepto de restaurante y fast food saludable, abre sus puertas en 2007 en el Estado de México, siguiendo las tendencias mundiales de alimentación, sana con productos naturales, nutritivos y saludables. La dinámica del restaurante es la preparación de ensaladas al gusto del comensal sobre una base de lechugas hidrópicas y una barra de ingredientes a escoger con más de 25 aderezos, algunos de ellos light. Actualmente contamos con 37 establecimientos en la Ciudad de México y Provincia.

Sirven menos que en cualquier otro Day Light ,todas las raciones dan menos ,hasta la lechuga y el aderezo, realmente ridículo,el agua está SUPER rebajada ,nada que ver con la deliciosa agua de otros Day Light,no pierdas tu dinero, pedí ensalada grande ,nunca me la acabo y está vez sí ,hasta espacio para doble postre. SUPER CHAFA ESTA SUCURSAL!! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! Todos.los aderezos, el pollo está hechado a perder y el colmo, te venden una bolsa de papel cuando pides ensaladas para llevar, PÉSIMO. Terrible place, poorly served salads, does not have.
