Day Light Salads un concepto de restaurante y fast food saludable, abre sus puertas en 2007 en el Estado de México, siguiendo las tendencias mundiales de alimentación, sana con productos naturales, nutritivos y saludables. La dinámica del restaurante es la preparación de ensaladas al gusto del comensal sobre una base de lechugas hidrópicas y una barra de ingredientes a escoger con más de 25 aderezos, algunos de ellos light. Actualmente contamos con 37 establecimientos en la Ciudad de México y Provincia.

M	Marisol Casillas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he amado las ensaladas de ahí, solo que últimamente me parece que han subido mucho su precio y les ponen súper poquito, y además atienden como correteandote, no dan chance de pensar que ingrediente sigue y eso es en cualquier sucursal qué te pares... Antes era mi opción no. 1 en comida rápida, ya últimamente he dejado de frecuentar por las causas mencionadas. I've always loved the salads there, only lately I think they have raised their price a lot and they put them super little, and also serve as a runner, do not give a chance to think what ingredient is still in that branch. Before, it was my option, no. 1 in fast food, lately I have stopped frequenting for the reasons mentioned.

Las hojas de lechuga son muy grandes hasta para manejarse con tenedores. Algunas de ellas saben como recien cortadas de la lechuga, sin desinfectar. Las papas tambien no tienen buen sabor. Los demás ingredientes y complementos estan mejor. Los aderezos tambirn estan buenos, tienen bastantes variedades. Ojala mejoren un poco más el sabor y que puedan conseguir algo para cortar la lechuga y el huevo. It is a good alternative to food in the square, but unfortunately the salads are not well prepared. Lettuce leaves are too big even to handle with forks. Some of them taste like freshly cut lettuce, without disinfecting. Potatoes don't taste good too. The other ingredients and supplements are better. The dressings are good too, they have quite a few varieties. Hopefully they improve the flavor a little more and that they can get something to cut the lettuce and the egg.

Excellent place to eat healthy food. The salads you prepare yourself to your liking and all the ingredients are fresh. Highly recommended!
N	Naye Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan mucho estas ensaladas pero la ultima vez una de las que atendía sin cubre bocas ni cofia y creo que era la que preparaba las cosas, ya habia pagado y ni como decirles que no la quería ya pero deberían cuidar eso I really like these salads but the last time one of the ones that I attended without covering mouths or bonnet and I think it was the one who prepared things, I had already paid and there is no way to tell them that I did not want it anymore but they should take care of that

Está semana adquirí una ensalada y cuando comencé a comer las hojas de espinaca algunas contenían tierra entonces creo q es importante que chequen este tipo de situaciones. The salads are not bad... however I think they could check the cleanliness of the lettuce and spinach leaves. This week I bought a salad and when I started eating the spinach leaves, some of them contained dirt, so I think it is important that they check this type of situation.
