Day Light Salads un concepto de restaurante y fast food saludable, abre sus puertas en 2007 en el Estado de México, siguiendo las tendencias mundiales de alimentación, sana con productos naturales, nutritivos y saludables. La dinámica del restaurante es la preparación de ensaladas al gusto del comensal sobre una base de lechugas hidrópicas y una barra de ingredientes a escoger con más de 25 aderezos, algunos de ellos light. Actualmente contamos con 37 establecimientos en la Ciudad de México y Provincia.

Esta opción es sanísima y exquisita. Puede uno comerse la ensalada entera y sentirse satisfecho y ligero a la vez. Entre las opciones de la plaza, es la más nutriente. Lo único que no me gusta es la producción medio masiva de residuos plásticos. Entre platos, botellas y tenedores, no hay en dónde colocarlos para reciclaje o reuso dentro de la plaza. Antes prestaban unos bowls de madera, pero ya no prestan ese servicio. También he preguntado si puedo regresar los bowls limpios, pero no es posible :( entonces, concluyo recomendado conservar los bowls plásticos para almacenar cositas. Great quality and freshness of the ingredients. I love getting excited when it comes to selecting what to add to my salad. This option is very healthy and exquisite. You can eat the whole salad and feel full and light at the same time. Among the options in the square, it is the most nutritious. The only thing I don't like is the medium mass production of plastic waste. Between plates, bottles and forks, there is nowhere to put them for recycling or reuse within the plaza. They used to provide wooden bowls, but they no longer provide this service. I have also asked if I can return the clean bowls, but it is not possible :( so, I conclude recommended to keep the plastic bowls to store things.

Està disgustada por su trabajo, con el cubrebocas literal solo le cubre la boca. Se molestò porque se le pidiò que se lo colocara correctamente y no permite hacerle preguntas sobre los ingredientes, solo en el orden que ella quiere. Por el combo de ensalada chica y agua del día fueron $105 por el tamaño de los alimentos creo que es "normal" por el concepto, la plaza, etc.. Although I was served quickly and the price was right, I did not like the salad, the coriander dressing tastes like pure vinegar and that made the whole salad bitter.
