Fui cliente de esta lavanderia y ni asi se obtiene un buen servicio, cada que voy para solicitar un servicio por encargo me hacen malas caras y me comentan que se entregaría hasta el día siguiente, o en su defecto me cobran doble servicio argumentando que tuvieron que usar una secadora extra y en vez de cobrar la secadora extra bien facil hacen el cobro de un servicio completo extra, siendo que en el lavado solo fue una carga y 1 ración de detergente, ya no me interesa volver ya que prefiero ir a otro lugar donde no parezca que les tienes que rogar para que te brinden un servicio por el cual estas pagando, espero mejoren sino van a perder más clientes por mi parte no los recomiendo. Terrible service! I was a customer of this laundromat and even then I don't get a good service, every time I go to request a custom service they make me angry faces and tell me that it would be delivered until the next day, or failing that they charge me double service arguing that they had to use an extra dryer and instead of charging for the extra dryer, it is very easy to charge for an extra complete service, since in the wash it was only one load and 1 portion of detergent, I am no longer interested in returning since I prefer to go to another place where it does not seem that you have to beg them to provide you with a service for which you are paying, I hope they improve if they are not going to lose more clients, for my part I do not recommend them.
