One of the worst experiences. They made my cut horrible, all fast, zero customer service. Really an unpleasant experience. I hope my review helps so that other people can avoid having displeasure with the cut they are going to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue buscando un alaciado permanente.. Con la finalidad de disminuir el uso de la plancha y secadora.. Me aplicaron keratin therapy ( tratamiento que uno mismo puede comprar y aplicar en su casa) Sin explicarme que este se mantiene minimo con uso de secadora... Hoy Mi cabello volvio a su estado original debo seguir ocupando el calor para poder peinar mi pelo... Los precios no son justos para los resultados que dan.. Pague 2,500 y no me duro mas que un solo dia mi "super alaciado" ... Claramente pedi alaciado permanente, se que el cabello por naturaleza Se esponja... Aun asi siendo alaciado permanente ... Por asesoria de un experto ajeno a este local me explico las diferencias del alaciado permanente ( tratamiento que necesita un alaciado cada cierto tiempo por medio de la plancha )a la keratin therapy ... Pero ahora si que me vieron la cara no fueron honesto con migo...me hicieron tratamiento que no era exactamente lo que yo queria... Era mas facil me dijeran que no manejan el alaciado permanente y me fuera a comprar el tratamiento y les juro que hasta la asesoria se las pagaba ... En lugar de estafar a la gente ... Que feos que sean asi... Todavía di 100 pesos de propina..se que no es mucho.. Pero lo hice de corazón y creyendo eran personas honradas.. Solo te envuelven y te dicen las cosas bonitas... Pero realmente son estafas...
Ojala les sirva esta reseña .. Ya que a mi por ser inexperta en el tema me paso esta situación...
Yo ayer juraba que me gustaba él resultado...
Hoy la realidad es diferente...
No ire a reclamar la devolución del dinero.... Ojala les dure...

But now if they saw my face they were not honest with me ... they gave me treatment that was not exactly what I wanted ... It was easier for me They will say that they do not drive the a I was permanently laced and I was going to buy the treatment and I swear to you that even the counseling would pay for it ... Instead of scamming people ... How ugly that they are ... I still gave 100 pesos as a tip ... I know what It's not much .. But I did it from the heart and believing they were honest people .. They only wrap you around and tell you the nice things ... But they really are scams ...
