★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holaaa! Quería contarte mi experiencia con tu servicio sólo para que lo tomes en cuenta y puedan corregir estas cosas y mejore su servicio. Primeramente considero que fue de mal gusto que días después a agendar mi cita sólo me mandaran mensaje avisando que se había recorrido, sin siquiera preguntarme como clienta si estaba de acuerdo... tomaron la decisión de recorrerla, ustedes desconocen las actividades del cliente... mi cita era para un tinte, yo tenía planeado mi día y por que solamente la recorrieron y me urgia el tinte tuve que cancelar mis actividades. El día que agende la cita fui a que me hicieran una valoración al studio, precisamente para explicar bien lo que quería y que las chicas entendieran, ese dia me explicaron que no quedaría tan claro mi cabello por la decoloracion pero también me explicaron que podían llegar a un tema claro, incluso me mostraron una de las muestras y me comentaron que así me quedaría. El día de la cita llegue y al final resultó que siempre no me podrían trabajar el cabello.... que sólo podían taparme las canas y también me comentaron que podían hacer el trabajo Sólo en 2 sesiones, cuando en cualquier otro Studio te dejan lista en una cita.... considero que no puedes agendar un trabajo que no sabes hacer, además de que como saldría de viaje, me urgia mucho el trabajo por lo que tuve que aceptar que sólo se me cubrieran las canas. Al momento de hacerme el trabajo me atendían con materiales y sin terminar conmigo me los retiraban para colocarselos a otra persona, además de que explícitamente les pedi que el tinte fuera del color de mi raíz y todo lo contrario, aplicaron uno super fuera de mi tono y mi cabello se ve horrendo, de un color arriba y otro abajo, al final ya ni siquiera quise que me lo sacarán y sólo pague.... realmente me lleve una mala experiencia con ustedes. Lamentablente no tengo ganas de regresar.

The day of the appointment arrived and in the end it turned out that they could not always work my hair ... that they could only cover my gray hair and they also told me that they could do the work Only in 2 sessions, when in any other Studio they leave you ready on a date .... I consider that you cannot schedule a job that you do not know how to do, in addition to the fact that since I would go on a trip, the work was very urgent for me so I had to accept that only my gray hair would be covered. At the time of doing the work, they treated me with materials and without finishing with me they removed them to put them on another person, in addition to explicitly asking them that the dye was the color of my root and on the contrary, they applied a super out of my tone and my hair looks horrendous, one color on top and another on the bottom, in the end I didn't even want it to be removed and I just paid ... I really had a bad experience with you. Unfortunately I don't feel like going back.
