★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad yo era la más fan y la más feliz del trabajo que hacían ahí. Me aventuré a un cambio de look en donde lo que pedí no es lo que me dieron. Me colocaron menos cabello del que solicite. Me dieron extensiones lacias en vez de onduladas. El color de pelo tampoco es lo que pedí y lo peor de todo es que no se difuminan en lo más mínimo. Además de que son 30% sintéticas.
Trate de hablar y tratar de tener una solución o algún beneficio por el mal trabajo y solo recibí unas disculpas.
Básicamente regale mi dinero a cambio de nada.
The truth is, I was the biggest fan and the happiest of the work they did there. I ventured into a makeover where what I asked for is not what they gave me. They put less hair than I requested. They gave me straight extensions instead of wavy ones. The hair color is also not what I asked for and worst of all is that they do not fade in the slightest. Besides that they are 30% synthetic.
I tried to speak up and try to have a solution or some benefit for the bad work and only received an apology.
I basically gave away my money for nothing.
