Les llevé dos rompecabezas, pagué por adelantado y ese mismo día por la tarde me llamaron pidiéndome más dinero, que porque la persona que me atendió era nuevo y no sabía. Me negué y me entregaron los dos rompecabezas sin la base que llevan atrás, haciendo que se pandearan y se cayeran. Los llevé a arreglar ahí mismo, se lavaron las manos y cobraron $100 por cada uno. Anteriormente querían $200 extra por cada, cuando me llamaron. Después, volví a darles oportunidad y llevé otros dos pero ahora el marco no aguantaba el peso de un rompecabezas sin cristal (lo mismo que los otros que ya habían hecho y que sí aguantaban). Lo peor es que maltratan los rompecabezas, uno hasta lo cortaron y los marcos además de pandearse, quedaban más grandes de lo que se requiere para los rompecabezas. Llevé uno de ellos a otro de cuadros y lo arreglaron pero el otro se los llevé a ellos y su solución fue ponerle un hilo por la parte de atrás. Nunca pidieron disculpas ni se hicieron responsables por el maltrato a los rompecabezas. Pésimos. They never apologized or took responsibility for the mistreatment of the puzzles. Terrible.
