No permiten que permanezcan de pie al lado del mostrador de recepción, prácticamente quieren obligar a que la persona se retire y se siente en una mini sala de espera. Me tocó ver ese caso con una señora de la tercera edad con la cual ni por su condición tuvieron esa consideración
Very slow in the procedures and the ladies of the reception a little rude with customers. They do not allow them to stand next to the reception desk, practically want to force the person to leave and sit in a mini waiting room.
