Amigos en estos días de cuarentena de pronto se nos pueden acabar las ideas para cocinarle algo interesante a la familia, y esos momentos nos generan ansiedad y estrés además se incrementa con el echo de no poder salir a un restaurante por la seguridad y bien de todos. Así estuvimos nosotros hace unos días, no teníamos nada nuevo en mente y la familia, como pajaritos recién nacidos comenzaban a piar de hambre, de pronto adherido por la fuerza de la atracción a la puerta del refri, como una luz en el oscuro horizonte, brilló para nosotros un imán que decía casi a gritos “De Leña Pollos Cancún!” Casi casi logré escuchar campanillas y un coro celestial al verlo. A todos en casa nos encantan estos pollos y es hora de hablar de ellos como buenos amantes del buen comer que somos. Hace unos años estaban ubicado en Av. Fonatur casi llegando a Huayacan, un día de pronto cerraron y sentimos mucha tristeza porque eran buenísimos, hace unas semanas los encontramos en la Av. 135 y fuimos felices de nuevo! En primer lugar su atención y excelente servicio son de primera, y debemos recalcar lo delicioso que es este pollo, siempre fresco y con sabor espectacular, cocinado con una salsa tipo adobo y a la leña generando un sabor y textura inigualable además tienen costillitas de cerdo que hornean también a la leña sin comparación de lo exquisitas que están, suavecitas y jugosas. Pedimos a domicilio nuestro pollo y medio y medio Kg de costillas, todo lo acompañan con arroz blanco, papitas cambray adobadas, totopos, salsa roja picosita y tortillas calientitas, todo ora chuparse los dedos, el servicio llegó en orden y calientito listo para pasar una comida rica en familia. Existen muchísimos establecimientos que venden pollo al carbón o rostizado, ambos muy ricos pero el día que prueben estos a la leña dejarán de adorar a cualquier santo.
