The service they gave us was terrible, everything to the races, they did not give us the full service and their massage left me bruises on my arms that were removed 1 week later.

La chica que me atendió es una carnicera, más de 4 ocasiones le dije que me dolía y me quitaba, solo ponía cara de fastidio. Después el “facial”, nunca te preguntan si arde, si te incomoda, me pusieron mascarilla dentro de la nariz! Te dejan 30min y dsp retiran. Ahí está tu 1:45hrs!?! HORRIBLE servicio. Al día siguiente amanecí con los brazos con moretones. Pondré queja formal y en PROFECO!! Ojo! El número correcto en la dirección es #74 y Groupon tiene oferta con este pseudo spa. No lo compren por nada del mundo!!!!!!!!!
They gave me a facial massage that lasts 1:45 min. Upon arrival they left us on the stretcher for 30 minutes and then a "massage" for 30 more minutes. The girl who attended me is a butcher, more than 4 times I told her that it hurt and she took me off, she just made an annoyed face. After the "facial", they never ask you if it burns, if it bothers you, they put a mask inside my nose! They leave you 30min and dsp withdraw. There is your 1: 45hrs!?! HORRIBLE service. The next day I woke up with bruised arms. I will make a formal complaint and in PROFECO !! Eye! The correct number at the address is # 74 and Groupon has a deal on this pseudo spa. Do not buy it for the world !!!!!!!!!
