★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré 2 tours, en el primero todo bien, muy puntual, buena atención y buena logística. En el segundo no se cubrió el itinerario, tuvimos que cambiar de transporte por una mala logística, el tour inició 1 hora después de lo establecido y cuando concluyó no me dejaron en el lugar acordado sino en una avenida subterránea.
En conclusión pienso que la calidad del servicio va a depender del guía y del conductor del transporte dónde se brinde el tour. Por mi experiencia lo calificaria con 6/10
I bought 2 tours, in the first one everything was fine, very punctual, good service and good logistics. In the second, the itinerary was not covered, we had to change transportation due to poor logistics, the tour began 1 hour after the established schedule and when it ended they did not leave me in the agreed place but in an underground avenue.
In conclusion, I think that the quality of the service will depend on the guide and the transport driver where the tour is offered. From my experience I would rate it 6/10

El único problema es la comunicación entre empleados, ya que uno te puede comentar algo, mientras que otro te puede decir otra cosa, así que es mejor esperar siempre a que te responda la persona que estará a cargo de tu viaje.
Very good service, immediate responses and pleasant tours full of information. The only problem is communication between employees, since one can tell you something, while another can tell you something else, so it is better to always wait for the person who will be in charge of your trip to answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno es que el precio está bajo y te recogen donde estes. Tomamos el tour de las 4:30 con Mike. El tour fue diferente dé lo que nos prometieron. No fuimos a muchos lugares, y terminamos en muchas tienditas que nada que ver. Si quisiera ir de compras, puedo ir gratis sin un tour. Nos dijeron que solo podíamos ir a uno de los dos museos más interesantes, la mina o el museo de las momias. El chofer/guía nos dijo que podíamos ver momias es otras lugares, entonces elegimos ir a la mina. Nunca vimos momias, solo réplicas. Los otros lugares que fuimos, no entiendo por qué eran parte del tour. Creo que lo venden como algo que no es.
The good thing is that the price is low and they pick you up wherever you are. We took the 4:30 tour with Mike. The tour was different from what we were promised. We didn't go to many places, and we ended up in many little shops with nothing to see. If I wanted to go shopping, I can go for free without a tour. We were told that we could only go to one of the two most interesting museums, the mine or the mummies museum. The driver/guide told us that we could see mummies in other places, so we chose to go to the mine. We never saw mummies, only replicas. The other places we went, I don't understand why they were part of the tour. I think they sell it as something it is not.

Pedimos una callejoneada y algunos traslados.
Luego le pedimos dos traslados más, literal de un día para otro y obtuvimos una respuesta favorable sin retraso y en unidades de excelente estado.
Definitivamente recomendamos todos los servicios!
Great! We had a destination wedding in Guanajuato in March and Adriana supported us in everything.
We ordered an alleyway and some transfers.
Then we asked for two more transfers, literally from one day to the next, and we got a favorable response without delay and in excellent condition units.
We definitely recommend all the services!
