Quedaron de entregármela a finales de abril sin embargo por temas de la paquetería me la entregaron a mitad de mayo. Después de varias llamadas y mensajes de seguimiento con la asesora de ventas, logré que me comunicara con Omar, el gerente de la tienda quien me resolvió el problema con prontitud y sensibilidad a mi problema (Mi hija nació dos días después de que llegó la cuna), además de que me mandaron unas repisas como compensación por la demora. Sobre la cuna y todos los productos que compramos definitivamente los recomiendo, muy buena calidad y diseño I bought the crib for my daughter on March 23, all the changing kit, mattress, bureau, rails, changing table. Hasta nos enviaron unos botecitos con material para resanar y pintura, por si es necesario utilizarlas en un futuro. Excelente atención por parte de sus empleados. Cuando enviaron la cuna faltó el colchón cambiador, pero me lo enviaron a la brevedad. My crib is beautiful, just as we asked for it. They really do produce excellent quality products.
