R	Roberto Rochin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me instalaron un piso laminado y el dueño llego 2 horas tarde exigiendo el pago al entregar el material NO AL CONCLUIR EL TRABAJO, “NO LO RECOMINDO” aun falta que terminen el trabajo y ya no me contestan. Terrible service, they installed a laminate floor for me and the owner arrived 2 hours late demanding payment to deliver the material. NO WHEN THE WORK IS CONCLUDED, "I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT" they still need to finish the job and they no longer answer me.

Comprendemos que existan variables como algún error de medición o de entrega de modelos por parte de proveedores, pero en más de 5 ocasiones en que el Gerente o dueño de Decor Window nos daba su palabra de fecha y hora para instalar, no cumplía con el compromiso, haciéndonos esperar y sin poder movernos del domicilio. Además, detectamos que alguno de sus instaladores no devolvía herramientas o artículos que nos pedían prestados para realizar su trabajo, cuestión que además de nada profesional nos hizo dudar de la calidad del servicio. Al final, solicité apoyo comunicandome vía correo electrónico para que me atendiera el Gerente, para revisar un panel de una de las persianas, en dos ocasiones he pedido la atención sin respuesta. No puedo recomendarlos bajo estas circunstancias. Our company did not have a good experience with delivery times. We understand that there are variables such as some error in measurement or delivery of models by suppliers, but on more than 5 occasions when the Manager or owner of Decor Window gave us his word of date and time to install, he did not comply with the commitment , making us wait and unable to move from home. In addition, we detected that some of its installers did not return tools or items that they borrowed from us to carry out their work, an issue that in addition to being unprofessional made us doubt the quality of the service. In the end, I requested support by communicating via email so that the Manager would attend to me, to review a panel of one of the blinds, on two occasions I have requested attention without response. I cannot recommend them under these circumstances.
