Mal cuadrado, el vidrio no esta fijo, con el aire se mueve. Fui al negocio a reclamar, me dijeron que pasaban a revisarlo al día siguiente, paso una semana y nada! Tuve que volver a ir, me dieron una tarjeta y solo por telefono me pelaron. Mandaron a unas personas lo quitaron y lo dejaron en mi cuarto. Dejaron pasar otra semana y nunca aparecieron, tuve que volver a llamar, de lo contrario allí me lo dejan. Y su reparación fue solo volverlo a poner como originalmente estaba, si no les insisto que pongan mayor protección no lo hacen y "cedieron" a poner un segurito adicional!. Patético. preferí ya dejar las cosas así. No tiren su dinero a la basura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estos vivales tienen un modo de operar muy curioso, se inventan toda clase de excusas y pretextos para robarse el anticipo, no hacer el trabajo y desesperar al cliente; para colmo tratan muy pero muy mal a los clientes. esta vez bajo la excusa de proceso de divorcio se combinan la señora (bastante corriente en su trato y lejos de interesarse por el cliente) y el esposo que es incumplido, mentiroso y sin vergüenza alguna. Insultan, se esconden y amenazan con sus perrotes, dizque de protección, son un peligro para los clientes, no sé cómo es que los dejan operar las autoridades. No se dejen sorprender, no les contraten nada. Son cero estrellas. Una amenaza para la clientela que busca un servicio en paz y honesto, claramente lejos de lo que es concepto de servicio al cliente, les urgen a ese par unas clases de educación y modales básicos así como de trato a la clientela.
