El sr Enrique Benítez quien fue quien me atendió no da información clara, se tarda en contestar los mensajes ,sus respuestas son, si , no ...¿ Que clase de información es esa ? Bueno, quedamos en me iba a hacer un arreglo de globos le di fecha ,hora , dirección , me dijo que le depositará una parte del costo del arreglo y le pregunté que cuando le podía depositar, me dijo que en cuanto pudiera , en eso quedamos , le dije que ese era mi número por cualquier cosa , resulta que le depositó y el señor me dice que esa fecha la que yo solicite ya la tiene ocupada y que solo puede llevarme el arreglo como a las 3 o 4 de la tarde cuando mi arreglo se lo pedí a las 10 de la mañana ? le pedí mi dinero y pues si me lo regreso , yo sé que hay mucha gente que les pide un servicio y a la mera hora cancela pero por lo menos se deberían de tomar la molestia de marcar o escribir para saber si todavía lo querrán ? .
