★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen perder prácticamente el día diciéndote que tienen determinados productos sin tenerlos al momento que ya lo quieres comprar (le corren a conseguirtelos) y te lo tienen en días, si quieren contar con algo que dicen que tienen, mejor en otra parte. Para esperarme días mejor MercadoLibre.
 They make you practically waste the day telling you that they have certain products without having them when you want to buy them (they run to get them for you) and they have it for you in days, if they want to have something that they say they have, better elsewhere. To wait for better MercadoLibre days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mejor busquen a alguien honesto y profesional. Para empezar a la cita para la cotización no llegaron a la hora establecida, sino 3 horas después. Se supone que midieron y cotizaron el piso, molduras y todo lo que seria necesario, pero a la hora de colocar, les faltó un pedazo de 5 cm en el piso y se les hizo fácil colocar un pedazo de zoclo en vez de la moldura de piso que debieron colocar. Cuando me comuniqué con ellos me dijeron que en 8 dias iban a cambiarlo, nunca llegaron ni avisaron que no iban, Volvi a comunicarme y dieron una segunda cita a la cual nunca acudieron y dejaron de responder mensajes y llamadas. Te prometen "garantia en instalación" sin embargo es una mentira. Si buscan algo bien hecho y honesto no es el lugar.
Better find someone honest and professional. To start the appointment for the quote, they did not arrive at the established time, but 3 hours later. It is assumed that they measured and priced the floor, moldings and everything that would be necessary, but at the time of laying, they lacked a 5 cm piece in the floor and it was easy for them to place a piece of baseboard instead of the molding of floor they should have placed. When I contacted them they told me that in 8 days they were going to change it, they never came or told me that they were not going, I contacted me again and they made a second appointment to which they never attended and they stopped answering messages and calls. They promise you "warranty on installation" however it is a lie. If you are looking for something well done and honest this is not the place.
