★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de comprar un par de persianas con ellos basaré mi opinión en 3 rubros:
1. Calidad de materiales: Muy bueno.
2. Instalación: Buena, rápida y sin contratiempos
3. Atención al cliente, confirmación de cita para asignar presupuesto y seguimiento de entrega e instalación: Deficiente. Tuve que estar enviando mensajes para que me tuvieran al tanto y me hacían esperar mucho para tener una respuesta. Es un renglón que deben mejorar mucho.
After buying a pair of blinds with them I will base my opinion on 3 items:
1. Quality of materials: Very good.
2. Installation: Good, fast and smooth
3. Customer service, appointment confirmation to assign budget and delivery and installation follow-up: Poor. I had to be texting so they would keep me up to date and they made me wait a long time for a response. It is a line that must improve a lot.
