Deep Clean - 98614 Guadalupe

I had a terrible experience with this company and its owner. I hired them to clean a vacant house. I asked for a specific type of service with detail to remove paint stains and the owner was rude and abusive. First he gave me the budget of $2700 to clean the house and said that they would bring muriatic acid to remove stains from the floors and the bathroom, and that they would use a sander for part of the job and that it would take a day. In the end he only took his people less than half a day and never used the acid or polisher; I realized because I was there the whole time. They were going to leave without notifying me that Ian had finished and he didn't want to give me a bill, he just wanted cash; and in the end he sued me because he was a very demanding client. But here I leave images below of the type of service they offer so that there is no doubt. The owner is a person who will never agree with the customer and will accuse you of being a demanding customer. It seems to me that he is someone who prefers losing friends and contacts to simply doing a good job. I will never hire them again. In the photo you can see how they leave the corners, and he gets offended or angry if you tell him that the work is incomplete. They just clean up and walk away with your money.
