Buenos para cobrar cosas ridículas y subir sus cuotas pero para dar facturas se esconden todo el mes, pésimo su servicio, no responden el teléfono ni prestan atención a sus correos .... TERRIBLE!!! L	Liz Rios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pésima administración No está registrada ante el SAT. por lo tanto NO DAN FACTURA, eso quiere decir que se roban el dinero del condominio. TE COBRAN por el uso de las instalaciones del coto cuando NO te dan un servicio por ellas no hacen limpieza, no te dan ningún servicio en ellas. Solo cobran cuando ellos ni las costruyeron. NO DEJAN PASAR VISITAS a tu domicilio cuando entregan paquetes sus VIGILANCIA SE LOS ROBA o no dejan que entren en pocas palabras no puedes pedir paquetería a tu casa. El servicio de seguridad que tienen es porteros solo abren y cierran o ni eso siempre dejan una reja abierta o ambas. LOS ROBOS en el coto son bárbaros los vigilantes no van solo dicen que mandan una patrulla que nunca llega. Son sumamente groseros y despotas cuando les pides que te den un servicio. TENGAN CUIDADO CON ESTA EMPRESA PATITO. OJALA LAS AUTORIDADES REGULEN ESTE TIPO DE NEGOCIOS. PARA EVITAR MAS ROBOS A LA GENTE QUE VIVE EN CONDOMINO. OJOOO!!! ALERTA CON DEFAST. THEY CHARGE YOU for the use of the facilities of the preserve when they DO NOT give you a service for them, they do not clean, they do not give you any service in them. They only charge when they didn't even build them. THEY DO NOT LET VISITS PASS TO YOUR HOME WHEN THEY DELIVER PACKAGES, THEIR SURVEILLANCE IS STOLEN OR THEY DO NOT LET THEM IN. In a few words, you cannot ask for parcels at your home. The security service they have is doormen only open and close or not always leave a gate open or both. THE ROBBERIES in the preserve are barbarous, the guards don't just say that they send a patrol that never arrives. They are extremely rude and despicable when you ask them to give you a service. Me parece correcto que sean tan insistentes con los morosos en sus cuotas , porque después por los que no pagan pierden todos!
