The service is terrible, they say they will install you one day and install it three days later. They never answer the phone and answer you reluctantly. Bad experience. For nothing in the world buy here.

Pasaron dos meses y ya tenia dos cargos en mi tarjeta de crédito y la vendedora ( tienen a esta amable y a otra que no lo es) cada martes que le llame solo me daba largas o me prometía devolverme la llamada, cosa que no hizo jamas en esos dos meses. Y para devolverte tu dinero todavía te dicen de manera altanera que se tardaran el tiempo que ellos tienen en su política interna que es hasta de 10 días hábiles en el mejor de los casos. Ha sido una experiencia muy desgastante pero sin duda me motivo a poner mi queja en la PROFECO donde espero los enseñen a valorar mejor a sus clientes y a darles mejor atención y transparencia en las transacciones.
I made the mistake of buying a solar heater here in January of this year on the 24th. Two months passed and I already had two charges on my credit card and the saleswoman (they have this kind and another one who is not) every Tuesday that I called her, she just gave me long or promised to call me back, which she never did in those two months. And to return your money they still tell you haughtily that they will take the time they have in their internal policy, which is up to 10 business days at best. It has been a very exhausting experience but without a doubt I am motivated to put my complaint in PROFECO where I hope they teach them to better value their clients and to give them better attention and transparency in transactions.
