★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuy buenas clases con profesor excelentemente bien preparado, paciente y claro en sus indicaciones; no sólo sirve como defensa personal sino como acondicionamiento físico. He asistido a otras disciplinas marciales y estas me parecen de lo mejor.

La practica del Sistema de Defensor Method (KALI*ESKRIMA SILAT) y del programa de Karate Universal, dará a los niños, jóvenes y adultos, confianza en sí mismos aumentando su autoestima, obtendrán buena condición física, y desarrollarán disciplina y respeto, al mismo tiempo que incrementarán su concentración y perseverancia.
Since March 2007, Defensor Method Mexico, began in Deportivo Plateros training in the discipline of martial arts of children and youth in the area of the Delegation Alvaro Obregon and Benito Juarez, in Mexico, D.F.
