★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno, lo único malo son las oficinas que están en un cuarto piso, ya que para las personas mayores les es difícil acceder y ni se diga si tienen silla de ruedas, porque no hay elevador, lo que si comentaron es que el personal baja a ayudar a las personas, solo recuerden que las personas mayores deben ir acompañados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la defensoría te atienden por cita, pero aún con cita pasamos 1 hr después así que si van con prisa mejor no vallan porque para acceder te tienen de pie una hora y está en el 4to piso ya pasando los lic. Son amables pero es mucha perdida de tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por parte de los que te asesoran, si no vas en muy malas condiciones físicas (vestimenta y hasta sucio), por voz de una de las personas que ahí atiende, te dicen... la ayuda solo aplica para personas de muy, muy bajos recursos, dependientes etc... No realizan estudio socioeconómico, se basan en como te ven, no importa el tipo de caso que sea, no importa si eres desempleado, si no tienes para pagar un abogado, lo peor? A la mayoría solo los orientan y no les asignan un defensor, en el entendido que cuentan con los recursos para hacerlo, en pocas palabras batean a la mayoría, que pena que así suceda con una dependencia que existe gracias a los impuestos que pagamos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio está disponible apartir de las 9 de la mañana y hasta las 2 de la tarde de L a V para ingresar se tiene que registrar en la entrada y conforme hay sana distancia en las oficinas van pasando una vez dentro te registras nuevamente y esperas turno, la atención es un poco lenta debido a que cuando pasas con los abogados les explicas tu problema para recibir orientación y los requisitos que debes llevar para atender tu caso, así que es necesario acudir hasta en tres ocasión para iniciar tu trámite, la atención es magnífica te escuchan y explican el procedimiento muy bien, cuidan todos los protocolos de sanidad así que bien vale la espera los tiempos de cada proceso dependen del caso y disponibilidad de magistrados
