★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención, no saben lo que es atención a clientes, te tratan como si tu supieras de antemano que hacer y cómo; puedes haber usado estafeta y tres guerras y aun así no estarás listo para enviar por este medio. Cuando haces tu envio a se niegan a darte precio del envío y argumentan que ese costo se da al recibirlo. No hay un teléfono claro a donde comunicarse para dudas o quejas. Las personas que trabajan ahí piensan que te hacen un favor al usar su paqueteria.
Disgusting attention, they don't know what customer service is, they treat you as if you knew in advance what to do and how; You may have used courier and three wars and still won't be ready to ship this way. When you make your shipment to they refuse to give you a shipping price and argue that this cost is given when they receive it. There is no clear telephone number to contact for questions or complaints. The people who work there think they are doing you a favor by using their parcels.
