★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del sol si es un buena tienda pero de nada sirve si en su estacionamiento roban es cierto que la tienda no se hace responsable en los robos a los carros pero al momento de pedir ayuda con los vídeos no lo quiere dar y tardan demasiado en mostrarselo a uno prácticamente ay que rogar para que te enseñen y mientras ni como hablar a la policía si no tienes datos de nada en especial a mi me rompieron los cristales de mi carro y me robaron la verdad nunca volveré ahí
Especial cuidado con un suru blanco el hombre es joven y tatuado solo está viendo para poder robar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las empleadas NUNCA tienen cambio y se dan el lujo de gritar y negar el servicio, varias veces he dejado de comprar debido a esto.
Espero algún Gerente regional o directivo tome cartas en el asunto, pues representa pérdidas monetarias para el corporativo.
The employees NEVER have change and have the luxury of yelling and denying service, several times I have stopped shopping because of this.
I hope a regional manager or executive will take action on the matter, as it represents monetary losses for the corporate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandes almacenes, está bastante bien de lo que vende pero quiero critican una parte mala sobre el lugar yo como joven de 15 años estaba todo normal en la área de tecnología en dónde están los altavoces aprobarlo porque hay wifi para reproducir algo en YouTube y utilizar el bluetooth de los altavoces que están para que los revises y luego en unos segundos me estaban mirando dos empleados del sol y con tanta vergüenza de que no me dejen de mirar
Ya sé que hay gente mala y gente buena en México
Pero no deben de mirar la gente de mucho tiempo
allí hay cámaras para que actúen pero de forma cercana es exagerado
Además se toman bastante exagerado lo de la seguridad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré ventilador aspas de metal 3 en 1 VPM3N1 a través de la página de internet, con entrega a domicilio. Después de armarlo no funcionó y acudí a tienda a cambio físico. Ellos lo armaron, funcionó algunas horas y falló, entonces tendré que acudir a tienda una vez más a solicitar la devolución del importe de compra. Se supone que es una compra con envío a domicilio, sin embargo son dos vueltas a tienda porque su producto no sirve. Terrible el servicio de atención a clientes, NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR

La tienda es grande encuentras de todo, ropa, juguetes, deportes, peluches, dulcería, zapatos, artículos navideños o artículos dependiendo la temporada que te encuentres. Lo recomiendo mucho
