Del Sol - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Very nice and helpful people at this store!

Clean store......Clothes are soft but you can get them off of the website. Clothes seem to be a little higher quality. We bought a mattress. I will update this review after the 100 day trial period......3/01/18......have been using the mattress a month now......I love it

We love the Cariloha stores. It's a bit pricy, but always excellent quality. Things you get here, you only will get here. So don't wait for a better bargain on another island.

We were at the store, I have to say it's all guys and they are very pushy almost intimidating. My husband I had to tell one of them to back off of me. 2nd they told us they would do 30% off if we purchased more, that was a lie. Be very careful. Always read your receipt from here, that was one of the problems. Also, t hey didn't want to give us the receipt. Be very careful with this store, we shopped other ports and all was fine, but the one in cozumel be careful.

I guess if you like color change items that exude tackiness - its great. Unfortunately I had to drop 25 dollars on a hat for my daughter. Sub par at best... Clearly a tourist trap. (avoid unless you are desperate)

Stopped here during a cruise. The sales lady at the Del Sol told my husband and I, if we buy a t shirt for $22, we would get a free tote. She showed us an coupon the said buy 2 items get free tote bag but, she said if we just only buy the T shirt (one item) , we’ll get the free bag. So originally we were just going to buy some hair clips for our daughter but, when the sales lady told us about the T shirt/bag deal plus, the shirt was something our daughter would have liked better. We then put the hair clips back. She got really upset with us when we put the hair clips back and told us we had to buy the hair clips and T shirt to get the free bag. That’s not what she originally told us and we repeated what she told us. She then got very mad, snitched the t shirt and tote from the counter and dismissed us. Very rude, pushy and unprofessional!!! I have and will continue tell everyone to NOT go the Del Sol in Cozumel!!! My husband and I will NEVER step foot in this store again!!!

I love Del sol products. I purchased about $200 worth of shirts for souvenirs at this store. The employee spent time helping me pick them out as I was in a hurry to get back on the cruise ship. I didn't realize until after I got back to the states that the shirt for my stepdaughter had "Myrtle Beach" on it instead of "Cozumel". I contacted the Del Sol main company, but she only offered to exchange it for a similar style with no location on it. Why would a store in mexico even have a shirt that says "Myrtle Beach" on it?? Very disappointed.

Store Manager Jorge was amazing. He really knows his stuff. Beside new bamboo sheets my husband and I got different pillows to meet our individual needs.
