★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios buenos, atencion media y lo peor es que para comprar ahi te tardas literal medio dia. Cada que vengo es un martirio, de que te hagan una orden se tardan años, para cobrarte igual y entregarte ahi si es increible la lentitud. Todas las veces que he venido a comprar literalmente me meto medio dia en compras de 7 mil pesos por ejemplo. Hoy llegue a las 10 es la 1 y aun no salgo para mil pesos de compra, ya imagino una compra grande dias. Todo mundo en el celular o cotorreando. Para cortarme 32 mts miseros de cable llevo 1 hora esperando. No hay gerentes aqui que vean eso o que?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa que brinda buena atención, los precios se me hacen justos y no está tan saturado de gente. La factura la entregan en el momento y sus instalaciones están limpias y bien atendidas.
Recomiendo ampliamente que visiten está empresa de venta de material eléctrico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pides algo y te dan otra cosa los vendedores y después no te lo quieren cambiar por lo que pediste tuve que ir a otra tienda y tirar lo que había comprado en D'electric.
You ask for something and the vendors give you something else and then they don't want to change it for what you asked for. I had to go to another store and throw away what I had bought at D'electric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad malísima la logística para comprar, yo pasé más de 25 minutos para poder comprar un foco, primero lo escoges luego tienes que esperar a qué terminen de despachar a todos,para que el bato del mostrador te dé un papelito para apenas ir a pagar, luego tienes que ir a caja y hacer otra fila, ya que pagaste ,tienes que ir con tu ticket a dónde están los batos del mostrador y esperar a que te dé el *"*"':'** foco, la verdad mala experiencia de compra, se ve que tienen buenos productos, pero super lento el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA SUCURSAL MONTERREY ES UN PESIMO LUGAR PARA LABORAR NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. EL PERSONAL A CARGO TRATA MAL AL EMPLEADO GRITANDOLES. LAS PERSONAS QUE ESTAN A CARGO SON NEFASTAS SIN EMPATIA, VALORES, DESPOTAS Y PREPOTENTES, AHORA YA ENTIENDO A LA GENTE QUE DECIDE YA NO LABORAR EN ESE LUGAR.
THE MONTERREY BRANCH IS A VERY AWFUL PLACE TO WORK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. THE PERSONNEL IN CHARGE TREATS THE EMPLOYEE BADLY YELLING AT THEM. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN CHARGE ARE DANGEROUS WITHOUT EMPATHY, VALUES, DESPOTES AND ARBUSY, NOW I UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE WHO DECIDE NOT TO WORK IN THAT PLACE ANYMORE.
