★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un cambio de administración, no debe ser excusa para dejar de prestar servicios. Son SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS. No son un comercio que cuando tenga de necesidad de cerrar, pueda hacerlo; porque NO HAY OTRA INSTANCIA que pueda atender las necesidades de la población. Si fuera un comercio y ustedes dejan de prestar servicios, voy a otro lugar. Lamentablemente no puedo hacer esto si requiero un Servicio que solo la Alcaldía puede brindar. POR FAVOR, ENTIENDAN QUE LA VIDA DE LOS CIUDADANOS Y SUS NECESIDADES, no deben ser interrumpidas por su excusa "HAY CAMBIO DE ADMINISTRACIÓN Y POR ELLO ESTÁN SUSPENDIDOS LOS SERVICIOS". En qué piensan ustedes cuando les dicen que van a ser servidores públicos? Perdón, pero si no pensaron que era un área de SERVICIO, están en el lugar equivocado.
A change of administration should not be an excuse to stop providing services. They are PUBLIC SERVERS. They are not a business that when you need to close, you can do it; because THERE IS NO OTHER INSTANCE that can meet the needs of the population. If it was a business and you stop providing services, I go to another place. Unfortunately I cannot do this if I require a Service that only the Mayor's Office can provide. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE LIVES OF CITIZENS AND THEIR NEEDS, should not be interrupted by your excuse "THERE IS A CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND THEREFORE THE SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED". What do you think of when you are told that you are going to be public servants? Sorry, but if you didn't think it was a SERVICE area, you are in the wrong place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tardado para hacer trámites, aunque hasta el momento no tengo queja del trato de los que atienden ahí en algunos trámites llega a ser muy tardado mi abuelita lleva más de 3 años tratando de arreglar sus papeles y hasta la fecha no ha podido terminar el trámite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los servidores públicos no tienen ni idea de dar informes correctamente, nos traen de un módulo a otro porque no saben dar la información correcta. De que sirven los impuestos que pagamos los ciudadanos si no capacitan debidamente al personal
Public servants have no idea how to give reports correctly, they bring us from one module to another because they don't know how to give the correct information. What good are the taxes that we citizens pay if they do not properly train the staff?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorprendentemente el servicio fue bueno, rápido y efectivo. Realice el trámite de alineamiento y número oficial y no tarde más de 15 minutos. Eso si, la cita que hice no sirvió para nada, te pasan conforme llegas y te sientas a esperar turno. Las secretarias de la entrada son un poco inútiles pero fuera de eso todo funcionó bastante bien.
