Por otra parte, existen varias anomalías en el levantamiento de infracciones, sin olvidar al personal de grúas que levantan los autos con su propia ley, con una sería de anomalías incluso en el mismo llenado de la papeleta que detalla a criterio del chófer de la misma grúa. Al recoger la multa anexan dicha papeleta en tránsito. Tal pareciera que los de las grúas hacen lo que quieren, cuando y como se les antoja, sin que nadie los regule.
