★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to request a special permit to allow me to do an activity with my family in the main Plaza Del Pitilla. It only took one email and a phone call to address my needs to the delegate Sr.Antonio Gutierrez Villasenor, a week later I received my permit and my confirmation. His secretary Lupita, was very kind and answered to all my question in a very polite way. Thank you, Delegacion Pitillal and to those who work in this office to better the quality of the people from the Pitillal!
