La gente se queda a dormir o llega desde las 5 am para alcanzar solo 15 lugares que te limitan las secretarias, y ellas empiezan a trabajar hasta 9.30 am, de jetas y sin actitud de servicio. La atención es rápida y generalmente clara porque los trabajadores se esfuerzan por dar una buena atención. Creo que el fallo está en el sistema que me parece obsoleto y demasiado lento. El personal de Vigilancia no está capacitado y No debe dar información, para eso hay personas que cobran un sueldo. No es posible que no tengan un sistema de citas para realizar los trámites. Venir a dormir para obtener una ficha y hacer un trámite? Hay que denunciar es nuestro derecho la atención y el servicio de calidad. Terrible attention and service. TIENEN UN MODULO DE INFOEMACION, PERO NO ES ATENDIDO POR PERSONAL DE ISSSTE, SON ESTUDIANTES QUE NO SABEN DAR INFORMACION. ES UNA COMPLETA DESORGANIZACION.
