★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan vía telefónica te mandan a laberintos de opciones y en ninguno responden y en los emails responden hasta las mil 500 y no te resuelven nada.
No entiendo para que dejan un número sino van a responder
 They never answer by phone, they send you to labyrinths of options and in none of them do they respond and in the emails they respond until 1,500 and they do not solve anything.
I do not understand why they leave a number but they will answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mientras las demás embajadas se han comunicado por correo electrónico y por teléfono con sus ciudadanos para saber como están después del temblor, ni la Delegación de Quebec, ni la Embajada de Canadá han hecho el más mínimo esfuerzo para tocar base con ellos! Impresionante!
While the other embassies have communicated by email and telephone with their citizens to find out how they are after the earthquake, neither the Quebec Delegation nor the Canadian Embassy have made the slightest effort to touch base with them! Awesome!
