I went to see the endorsement and at all times they told me that it was by appointment, that I could not process if I did not have an appointment, pay and make the appointment and when I went I had to wait for them to attend and from there they already received documents and I I waited again, they called me and they gave me the new card and the stamp, it was fast, but if they took a while, they told me that they would process the appointment for $50 pesos, if I needed to give them $250 and they would do the process for me , the other time it was the same for my driver's license, I didn't have an appointment and at that moment they asked me for $400 and if I wanted them to make the appointment for me, which was $150, I took it out and on the day of the appointment they asked me for $200 because they already knew I had "spent" the time to renew and I told them that I was not going to give them anything, that it would be better if I went to Cuernavaca and they told me that they were going to give me an extension because they "liked me" but those are gone I think they changed them entering the year.
