★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no contestan el telefono. si vive fuera de cd victoria. debe viajar hasta ese lugar y no le atienden el mismo día. dicen que debe hablar para hacer cita.Asi que debe quedarse alli hasta que le programen cita/o regresar hasta cuando ellos le indiquen. muy mal servicio y le piden los documentos que ellos quieren sin que avisen cuales son los que necesitan
nobody is picking up the phone. if you live outside victoria cd. You must travel to that place and they do not attend you the same day. They say that you must call to make an appointment. So you must stay there until they schedule an appointment for you / or return until they tell you to. very bad service and they ask for the documents they want without letting them know which ones they need
