★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde que llegas con la guardia de la puerta recomendaciones pidan los datos de las personas que los atienden su identificación y área porque solo reportando los a la unidad de atención del Derechohabiente es que resuelven algo y si no directo denuncien en servidores públicos no es posible que no entiendan que están para servir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y los directores o encargados bien gracias tomando café desde las 9:00 hasta las 12 del día...... Claro hay que entenderlos porque a las 2 dejan de atender y si no es mucho carga de trabajo para esa pobre gente.......
Lamentablemente los que acudimos a este tipo de lugares es porque tenemos una necesidad de realizar algún tipo de trámite y no crean ni se hagan ilusiones que nos gusta verlos, para que se rentan si no saben tener contacto y empatía con los asegurados.

Pura cortina de humo. Son iguales o peores que los anteriores. Es difícil de ver gente de la 3ra edad muerta de frío, formados desde la madrugada gracias a burócratas sin escrúpulos que no tienen la menor idea de lo que es el servicio público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quisiera dar ninguna estrellas, pero así me lo pide el sistema, el día de hoy 11 mayo 22 acudí a prestaciones pero recibí muy mala atención por parte del se que estaba checando los documentos como por el encargado del área este sujeto el más grosero se llama ALFREDO MARROQUÍN GALVÁN que ni siquiera tiene la educación para levantar la mirada y mirar a la persona que le está hablando...muy mala la atención deberían de contratar gente que tenga la delicadeza de hablar bien con el derechohabiente ya que la mayoría es de la tercera edad. Hay trabajadores que solo van porque saben que persiben un sueldo no xq le tengan amor a su trabajo

Según se debe sacar cita, pero un día entero tratando y no descuelgan para contestar.
Ya en sitio te atienden sin cita, relativamente pronto y te dan bien la información.
